Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Baygall Trading Co. is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Issues
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@baygalltradingco.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
